ANDRITZ to supply equipment for
the Santa Teresa hydropower station,

The new underground power house with a water head of 188 m will use the tailwater from the
Machu Picchu hydropower station nearby in the Urubamba valley of the Cusco region and will have a total output of 98.5 MW. The ANDRITZ HYDRO scope of supply includes design engineering, delivery, installation, and commissioning of two Francis turbines, governors, generators, as well as protection and control systems.
